4 | How close to the building can our mobile crane get?
5 | What are the conditions of the ground?
6 | Can it support the outriggers safely?
7 | Are there any underground tunnels or utilities?
8 | Are there any overhead power lines which will effect the lift?
9 | Is there clear access for the crane to get to the job site?
10 | Will the object require any special rigging for the lift? (spreader bars etc.)

Travel Permits - Oversize & Overweight
When an oversize/overweight vehicle is traveling to or from a jobsite
City of Chicago Street Obstruction
Required: Anytime construction equipment is located in the “public way” – e.g. Street, Sidewalk or to cross over a curb to access a construction project.
FAA Airspace Permit
Anytime cranes are used within 3 nautical miles of any airport or runway
IDOT Street Obstruction Permit
When construction projects will block any part of a state highway
